HoustonApps was born out of a Sydney based Fintech Startup. When the founder recruited his first development team members in Ukraine, he quickly gained trust in the ingrained cultural skills such as the ability to problem-solve, product ownership and work ethic. The team kept growing as the product developed. An office was established, management put in place and a healthy culture started to develop.
